Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise notified, all orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Monday -Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the lowest cost, best quality trucking company that services the shipping location to deliver your order.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update you with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. You can call us before placing an order and we can send you a shipping quote or you can place your order online and we will contact you with shipping rates. After you place your order for the lift if the shipping quote is too much you may cancel your order and receive a refund.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Items on backorder are typically not noted on the website. Please call to ask about availability of items.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase.
Please email sales@advantagelifts.com to request a return authorization number and specific shipping instructions.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
